Compiling an Order

Please do not order more than the quantities listed as available, as we cannot always obtain further supplies. If you need a larger quantity please email to discuss whether this might be available.
To exit the cart and continue shopping, click Continue Shopping. Continue to add items to your cart as desired. You can view what is in your cart at any time by clicking on 'View Cart'. When you are ready to complete your order click Checkout to your cart and click on the Go to Payments button.

Postage in the UK is £2.95 per order or FREE for orders over £30. Orders sent by first class post.
If you wish to place an order from the USA, please email us and we can let you know how much postage would be. USA orders cannot currently be placed via the checkout.
Overseas orders may be subject to import duties and taxes for which you would be responsible. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Payments are processed by the secure PayPal system. However you do not need a PayPal account and may pay by credit card through the PayPal system. To use a credit card click Continue under "Don't have a PayPal account?" and you will then be able to enter your credit card details.
We are also happy to accept payment by cheque or bank transfer if you prefer. In either case please complete the checkout using the pay by cheque option. For bank transfers, please additionally call us for payment details.
Terms
Our terms incorporate the requirements of the UK Distance Selling Regulations, in which you may cancel the order at any time before receipt of the goods for a full refund by notifying us preferably by email, and in which you may also cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt of the goods for a full refund by notifying us preferably by emaail. You would then be responsible for returning the goods in an unused condition and for the return postage.
If the goods are defective then we would pay standard return postage.
European law (Jan 2016) requires this link to the European ODR "Online Dispute Resolution" website to be included on all online traders' websites.
The contract shall in all respects be governed by English Law and shall be deemed to have been made in England and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
